What you’ll find here: succinct storytelling, my personal insights shaped by years of experience in patient care and my journey managing PCOS, visuals, practical resources, and evidence-based nutrition guidance. My goal is to provide clarity, inspiration, and tools for chronic metabolic disease prevention, management, and overall wellness.

About Me

My name is Daniela and I am a registered dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am passionate about helping people understand what is possible when it comes to their nutrition and health goals and guiding them to overcome the barriers that get in the way.

My approach combines Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition coaching, tailored to a person’s readiness and where they are in their journey from learning about a condition or intention to fully living that vision. I hold an undergraduate degree in Dietetics and a graduate degree in Human Nutrition. I have also completed multiple trainings in individual and group coaching as well as motivational interviewing.

From an early age, I have been fascinated by how things come to be the way they are, whether it is success, a chronic condition, or a business. The concept of cause and effect has always captured my curiosity. At age 15, I was diagnosed with PCOS. The treatment I received at the time was contraceptives, which helped manage symptoms but did not teach me about the many other strategies that could have supported my health. This experience has shaped my mission to educate and empower others so they can take control of their wellness journey with knowledge, clarity, and confidence.
