Blending warm milk of your choice with coffee or black tea, a sprinkle of spices, and a touch of sweetness can be both nourishing and comforting. When enjoying seasonal drinks from places like Starbucks, it helps to pause and be mindful. Many of these festive favorites are very high in sugar, but small changes such as choosing a smaller size, asking for fewer pumps of syrup, or adding extra cinnamon instead of sweetener allow you to enjoy the flavors of fall without feeling weighed down.
